Pricing

Simple, flexible pricing

Choose the Tessera modules your team needs, pay monthly, and leave at any time.

Tessera gives growing businesses a connected workspace for customers, sales, projects, support and knowledge without forcing everyone into the same package. Start with what you need today and add more when your business is ready.

You are in control

Start with what you need. Add more when you are ready.

Every business works differently, so your Tessera plan should work around your team, not the other way round.

Pick your modules

Start with the parts of Tessera your team needs now, then add more when the time is right.

Pay monthly

Keep your costs simple and predictable with month-by-month billing for active users.

Leave any time

There is no minimum contract length and no annual agreement to work around.

How pricing works

Your monthly plan is based on three things.

  1. The users in your organisation.
  2. The modules each user needs.
  3. Any optional modules you choose to add.

This means you are not pushed into a large package before you are ready. You can start small, keep things simple, and build from there.

Choose who gets access

Each person only needs the modules that fit their role.

Some users may only need CRM. Others may need Projects, Service Desk, Pipeline, Knowledge Hub, or a combination of modules. You choose what each person needs rather than paying for the same setup for everyone.

Monthly module pricing

Pick the tools you need and keep the cost predictable.

Prices are per active named user. Owner/admin account management is included when that person does not need paid product modules.

First module

£8per user / monthFor each active named user with one paid module turned on.

Extra modules

£4per extra module / monthAdd another work area for the same person when they need more than one module.

All-access ceiling

£20per user / monthThe most you pay for one person across the core paid modules.

Module table

Choose the work areas each person needs.

CRM, Pipeline and Projects form the main workflow. Service Desk is available for enabled teams, and Knowledge Hub can be added for teams that want reusable knowledge linked to the work.

All module pricing is monthly, before VAT, and counts toward the £20 per-user ceiling.

Example team cost

A small team can choose different modules for different roles.

This example shows one owner/admin managing the account, then separate users with the modules that match their day-to-day work.
